Warranty Policy

At Swingmart, we take pride in delivering high-quality, reliable products designed to make parenting easier and more comfortable. To ensure a smooth experience, we offer a clear and transparent warranty policy for all our automatic baby cradles and related products.

🔒 Warranty Duration

  • 1-year comprehensive warranty on the entire product
  • 6-month warranty on the DC motor

📝 Warranty Registration

To activate your warranty, the buyer must register within 15 days of purchase by:

  • Filling out the warranty card
  • Sending a photo of the completed warranty card to the provided WhatsApp number (via the QR code)

Failure to register within the given period may result in warranty ineligibility.

✔️What is covered

This warranty covers mechanical and electrical failures of the kit that occur under normal, intended usage.

❌ What’s not coverd

The warranty will not apply in the following cases:

  • Any physical damage, loss, or breakage of the kit or the adaptor (including cables)
  • Damage caused by wear and tear or gradual deterioration
  • Internal or external damage due to falls, water exposure, impact, or improper handling
  • Issues arising from incorrect or unstable electrical supply
    • (Always use the original adapter provided with the product)
  • Any product that has been opened, altered, tampered with, or repaired by unauthorized personnel

🔧 Warranty Service Policy

  • Only the faulty or damaged component will be repaired or replaced.
  • Full product replacement is not provided unless necessary.

🚚 Shipping for Repairs

  • Customer must bear one-way courier charges for warranty service.
  • Products must be shipped to our manufacturing unit located in Kathwada, Ahmedabad.
  • On-site warranty is NOT available.

⏳ Repair Timeframe

  • Repairs may take up to 14 days (2 weeks) depending on parts availability.
