1. Order Handling & Processing
- Order Confirmation:
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
If not received within 24 hours, check your spam folder or contact our support team. - Processing Time:
All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
During festivals, sales, or peak seasons, processing may extend by 1–2 days.
2. Shipping Cost & Time
- Cost: Free across India
- Estimated Delivery: 5–7 business days (CODs takes longer than paid orders)
Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, remote locations, or unforeseen factors.
3. Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
- If no updates reflect after 48 hours, contact our customer care team for assistance.
4. Lost/Undelivered Packages
If your order appears lost in transit:
- Contact us immediately.
- We will coordinate with the courier to locate your parcel.
- If the package cannot be recovered, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
5. Changing or Canceling an Order
- Requests for address changes or cancellations should be made as early as possible.
- Once an order is shipped, modifications cannot be guaranteed.
- If cancellation occurs after order processing, a processing fee upto INR 500 may apply.
