Shipping Policy

1. Order Handling & Processing
  • Order Confirmation:
    You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
    If not received within 24 hours, check your spam folder or contact our support team.
  • Processing Time:
    All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
    During festivals, sales, or peak seasons, processing may extend by 1–2 days.

2. Shipping Cost & Time

  • Cost: Free across India
  • Estimated Delivery: 5–7 business days (CODs takes longer than paid orders)

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
  • If no updates reflect after 48 hours, contact our customer care team for assistance.

4. Lost/Undelivered Packages

If your order appears lost in transit:

  • Contact us immediately.
  • We will coordinate with the courier to locate your parcel.
  • If the package cannot be recovered, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

5. Changing or Canceling an Order

  • Requests for address changes or cancellations should be made as early as possible.
  • Once an order is shipped, modifications cannot be guaranteed.
  • If cancellation occurs after order processing, a processing fee upto INR 500 may apply.
